摘要
杜鹃色烷/色烯杂萜是指一类存在于杜鹃花属植物之中,生源合成于一个聚酮与一个三聚异戊烯基并拥有一个色烷/色烯核心构架的杂合型天然产物。因其化学结构的新颖性、罕见的分子内[2+2]光环化生源合成途径及有效的抗HIV、抗组胺释放等多种生物活性而受到化学家及药物学家的持续关注。综述其结构、生源关系及生物活性,以期为该类物质的深入研究与开发奠定基础。
Rhododendron chromene/chromane meroterpenoids refer to an important class of natural products that are distributed in the genus Rhododendron and biosynthetically arised from a polyketide and a triprenyl, featuring a chromene/chromane motif. Their promising bioaetivities, rare intramolecular [2+2] photocycloaddition, and intriguing chemistry have drawn the attention of chemists and pharmacologists. Therefore,this review summarized their structures, bioactivities, and possible biosynthetic pathway, and we hope that this review can provide a solid basis for their in-depth research end utilization in the future.
