针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗周围性面瘫临床研究

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with the Auricular Point Plaster Therapy in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:观察针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将66例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例。对照组患者予以常规针刺治疗,治疗组患者予以常规针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗,采用(H-B)量表评价临床疗效。结果:经2个疗程后,治疗组患者总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(83.87%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗周围性面瘫效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combining with auricular point plaster therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods ： 66 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly equally divided into treat- ment group and control group. The control group was given routine acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated with ac- upuncture combining with auricular point plaster therapy. House-Brackmann Scale was adopted for efficacy assessment. Results： Af- ter two courses of treatment,it exists obvious statistically significant difference between the 2 groups in efficacy assessment. The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.75% ,which is higher than that of control group with the total effective rate of 83.87% （P~ 0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combining with auricular point plaster therapy have notable curative effect in the treatment of pe- ripheral facial paralysis, which was worth for clinical promoting.
