加减温经膏治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经30例临床研究

Clinical Research on Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian Paste in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis

目的:观察加减温经膏治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。方法:采用加减温经膏治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经患者30例,早晚饭前半小时服用15mL,行经前10天开始用药,至月经到来为1个疗程。结果:患者痊愈10例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率为96.67%。结论:加减温经膏治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian Paste （a paste that is made of the decoction for warming the meridian by adding and subtracting its dosage） on the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis. Methods：The selected 30 dysmenorrhea patients, who take this paste for 15 milliliters two times a day in the morning and evening before meals and this paste should be taken from just 10 days before menstruation to the bleeding-period, which is one course of treatment. Results ： Among the 30 cases ,with 10 cases were fully recovered, 19 have real effects and only 1 was non-effective. The total effective rate was 96.67 %. Conclusion：the curative effect of Modified Decoction for Warming Meridian Paste in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis is obvious.
