摘要
本文分析了一个封闭型电机的轴承发生润滑脂变质、内部腐蚀生锈的案例。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、热裂解气相色谱质谱联用、热重、顶空气相色谱质谱、离子色谱等分析手段,确定了绝缘漆和润滑脂类型,对比了全新电机和轴承锈蚀电机的漆包线绝缘漆及轴承润滑脂的变化,找出了润滑脂变质、轴承锈蚀的可能原因。
An analysis of grease deterioration and interior corrosion of closed motor bearings is presented in this paper. Types of insulation varnish and grease are tested and chemical analyses of insulation varnish and grease are performed between a brand new closed motor and one with corroded bearings by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry, thermogravimetry (TG), headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry, and ion chromatography. Possible causes of grease deterioration and bearings corrosion are finally revealed.
