高墩架桥机大梁提升吊架设计研究

摘要 以桃花峪黄河大桥节段拼装架桥机大梁墩顶提升吊架为例,突破常规大型桥梁施工机械吊装方法,应用midas civil有限元软件建模及理论分析,提出一种新型拆装式墩顶提升吊架,通过增设塔尖和拉索大大提高了吊架的承载力,相同吊重能力下横梁截面可充分优化,自重轻,吊重能力大,为墩顶大型设备如移动模架、架桥机等的安装提供了新的思路,可加快工期、节约成本,经济效益显著。 Taking the lifting frame for pier top of cross beam of assembled bridge erection equipment at the section of Huanghe Bridge of Peach Blossom Valley as the example, the modeling and theoretical analysis are made by applying the finite element software of midas civil, so as tobreak through the mechanical hoisting method for large general bridge construction. A kind of new assembled lifting frame for piper top is put forward. Through increasing tower tip and backstay cable, the bearing capacity of lifting frame is greatly enhanced. Under the same load -lifting capability, the cross section of the lower transverse beam can be fully optimized, which is with light self weight and large lifting capability, thus providing new idea for the installation of large - size equipment of pier top like movable formwork, bridge erection equipment and so on as well as accelerating the time limit for a project, saving cost and obtaining remarkable economical benefit.
