中青年高血压合并不稳定型心绞痛患者动态脉压踝臂指数与MMP-9hs-CRP的相关性

Relationship of ambulatory pulse pressure,ankle brachial index with MMP-9,Hs-CRP in the middle-aged patients with hypertension and unstable angina pectoris

目的观察中青年高血压合并不稳定型心绞痛患者动态脉压、踝臂指数的变化,并探讨其与血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平的关系。方法选择中青年高血压合并不稳定型心绞痛患者102例作为观察对象,采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定MMP-9与hs-CRP水平与同期健康体检者94名对照。将中青年高血压合并不稳定型心绞痛患者按动态脉压进行分层,分为4个水平30~40mmHg、41~60mmHg、61~80mmHg、≥81mmHg;踝臂指数分为1.00~1.40、0.90~0.99、〈0.90 3种程度,比较不同动态脉压分层和踝臂指数时MMP-9、hs-CRP水平的变化,并进行MMP-9与hs-CRP之间的直线相关和回归分析。结果1中青年高血压合并不稳定型心绞痛患者MMP-9、hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组;2动态脉压越大,中青年高血压合并不稳定型心绞痛患者血清MMP-9、hs-CRP水平越高;3踝臂指数越小,血清MMP-9、hs-CRP水平越高;4直线相关和回归分析表明MMP-9、hs-CRP呈显著正相关。结论 1血清MMP-9、hs-CRP水平升高与中青年高血压合并不稳定型心绞痛密切相关;2动态脉压、踝臂指数与MMP-9、hs-CRP密切相关。

Objective To observe of ambulatory pulse pressure（APP）and ankle brachial index（ABI）in the middle-aged patients with hypertension and unstable angina pectoris（UAP）,and to probe into relationship of ambulatory pulse pressure and ankle brachial index with matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）and high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）.Methods One hundred and two patients in the middle-aged with hypertension and UAP and 94 synchronously examined healthy people（controls）were collected.The levels of MMP-9and hs-CRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）in all the subjects.The patients with hypertension and UAP were divided into 4groups according to the level of APP（31-40 mmHg,41-60 mmHg,61-80 mmHg and≥81mmHg respectively）;Based on the level of ABI（1.00-1.40,0.90-0.99,0.90）,changes of the level of MMP-9and hs-CRP were compared among the patients with different APP and ABI.Linear correlation and regression analysis were performed for MMP-9and hs-CRP.Results 1The level of MMP-9and hs-CRP were significantly higher in the middle-aged patients with hypertension and UAP group than those in the control group.2MMP-9and hs-CRP increased when APP increased in patients with hypertension and UAP;3 MMP-9and hsCRP increased when ABI reduced;4 Linear correlation and regression analysis results showed that the levels of MMP-9was significantly positively correlated with the levels of hs-CRP.Conclusion 1The increase of the level of MMP-9and hs-CRP was closely related with the middle-aged patients with hypertension and UAP.2APP and ABI may reflect the level of MMP-9and hs-CRP.
