摘要
目的探讨1Hz重复经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症患者工作记忆的影响。方法选取58例精神分裂症患者,随机分为治疗组和伪刺激组。治疗组接受1 Hz重复经颅磁刺激治疗,部位为双背侧前额叶;伪刺激组使用伪线圈治疗,治疗参数同治疗组。治疗10次。采用数字广度、空间广度、词汇流畅性测试评估患者工作记忆。结果治疗前两组数字广度总分、空间广度总分、言语流畅性评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组数字广度正序分及空间广度正序分、总分均高于伪刺激组(P<0.05)。结论低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗可以改善精神分裂症患者的工作记忆。
Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency r TMS on working memory in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 58 schizophrenic patients were randomized into study group( 29 cases) and control group( 29 cases). Patients in study group were treated with 1Hz r TMS in dorsolateral prefrontal cortex for 10 sessions; patients in control group were interrupted with sham coil and other parameters were as the same as study group. All patients were assessed with digit span,spatial span and verbal fluency test at baseline and at the endpoint. Results There was no significant difference in scores of digit span,spatial span and verbal fluency test between two groups at baseline( P〉0. 05). After treatment,positive sequence scores of digit span and spatial span test,total score of spatial span test were significantly higher in study group than those in control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Low-frequency r TMS is effective in improving working memory of schizophrenia.
