摘要
教师工作质量评价重结果轻过程使得学前教育质量的提高长期得不到有效的改善,我们可以从幼儿教师工作输入-输出-结果这个过程来系统把握如何通过关注农村幼儿教师的"过程质量"来提升工作质量。农村幼儿教师工作的"过程质量"主要涉及环境创设、课程设置、教学控制、师幼互动以及家园合作5个方面,结合教师工作资源的输入及工作效果来进行分析与探讨,力求找到农村幼儿教师工作"过程质量"的提升策略。
the quality of teachers' work evaluation results light process can not effective to promote the quality of preschool education long- term improvement, we can work from early childhood teachers input- output- the results of the process how to grasp system by focusing on rural preschool teachers "process quality" to improve the quality of work. "Process quality" rural preschool teachers work mainly relates to environment establishment, curriculum setting, teaching young interactive control, division as well as home to five aspects of cooperation, combining the resources of the teachers' work input and work effect for analysis and discussion,tries to find the rural preschool teachers' job "process quality" promotion strategy.
