摘要
心理资本超越了人力资本和社会资本,是一种能够被有效开发和管理,并能够对个体的绩效产生重要影响的核心积极心理要素。而高校教师心理资本的相关研究对促进教师和高校的协同发展,提升高校教师人力资源管理绩效具有非常重要的价值。近年来,研究者们围绕高校教师心理资本的概念、结构与测量,影响因素,影响效应,开发培养对策,以及高校教师管理引入心理资本的必要性等方面展开了大量研究,取得了不少有价值的研究成果。
The psychological capital beyond the human and social capital, and is capable of being effective development and management. It is a core elements of positive psychology that have an important impact on the individual performance. The researches of psychological capital about university teachers are so important with promoting the coordinated development of teachers and university and improving university teachers of human resources management performance. During the past decade,there are rich literature on the concept and theory,structure and measurement,impact factors,effects,intervention,and the necessity of introducing psychological capital with university teachers' management.A great deal of empirical work of antecedents,consequences and intervention of psychological capital about university teachers had been systematically reviewed.
