摘要
乡镇政府是国家重要的基层政府,是行政体系在农村承担责任最大的一级政权。针对乡镇这一领域行政管理的特点,对普安县乡镇领导干部绩效考核现状及存在的问题进行研究,构建一套适用于普安县乡镇领导干部绩效考核的、科学的、合理的、全面的绩效考核指标体系。
