摘要
随着质量控制管理体系不断深化发展,如何加强质量控制管理体系运行的效果和企业自身质量控制管理能力,是目前亟待解决的问题。对质量控制管理体系进行了概述,分析了质量控制管理体系存在的"两张皮"现象,并就如何有效地解决这些问题提出了一些措施。
