摘要
针对煤质工业分析中测量不确定度的评定问题,阐述了煤质工业分析中水分、灰分、挥发分等的不确定性评定过程,根据DL/T1030-2006《煤的工业分析自动仪器法》测定煤的空气干燥基水分、灰分和挥发分时测定结果,分析了其不确定度的来源,建立数学模型,同时对每个标准不确定度分量进行了评定,计算出合成标准不确定度,确定了扩展不确定度,并在分析结果中给出了不确定度。实践证明,采用煤质工业分析中不确定度评定方法,能够得出影响煤质工业分析的主要因素,为评价试验方法和准确测量煤质工业分析数据提供了依据。
Aiming at the assessment of measurement uncertainty in analysis of coal quality,this paper introduces the uncertainty assessment process of water, ash and volatile content of air dried basis,analyzes the source of uncertainty measured on the basis of DL/T1030-2006 Test methods for proximate analysis of coal by instrumental procedures,established the mathematical model,assesses uncertainty component of every standard,calculates combined standard uncertainty,determines expanded uncertainty and works out the uncertainty in the analysis result. The practice proves that measurement uncertainty, which is able to find the main factors influencing the analysis of coal quality,provides evidence for assessment test methods and accurate measurement.
