摘要
磨煤机在运行过程中发生振动将会对机组设备运行造成严重影响。本文分析了某电厂1000MW机组ZGM123G-II型中速磨煤机频繁发生振动的原因,并针对该问题提出了相应的改造方案与预防措施。机组实施上述改造方案后磨煤机振动得到有效控制,振动次数明显降低,因磨煤机振动引起其他设备损坏及缺陷带来的成本损失也显著下降。
The vibration of mill could result in some serious effects of related equipments for power plant during operation. This paper aims to analyze the causes for the vibration of a ZGM123G-II medium speed mill in a coal-fired power plant with capacity of 1000 MW. Some corresponding suggestions were proposed for resolving this issue. The vibration of this medium speed mill was effectively controlled by adapting reasonable suggestions. In addition, the vibration number was markedly declined and the cost of equipment damage that caused by vibration was also decreased.
