摘要
上海某数据中心制冷系统设计配置自然冷源,然后实际运营效果与理想设计方案存在较大差距,且制冷系统冷机、水泵等组件运行能耗高于设计值。经作者现场调研并发现诸多实际问题,例如:冷却水塔布水效率低,水系统管道阻力大,自然冷源与冷机无法精准切换等。为解决上述矛盾,本文从技术角度着手策划制冷系统整体节能技术改造,以真正达到安全设计之初衷与节约降耗之目的。作者重点强调数据中心制冷系统内外平衡理念,关注系统整体运行能耗,通过改善冷却塔换热效果,降低管道局部阻力,优化水泵组与主机组运行平衡,优化自然冷源节能运行策略等方面,深度挖掘制冷系统的节能潜力。
Based on some telecommunication data center central air-conditioning system's shortcoming, including high annual energy consumption, low cooling tower efficiency, huge pipe resistance and incorrect free cooling switch mode.The article introduces air-conditioning renovation purpose from technical view to solve above problems. The key issue is to improve whole air-conditioning system operation efficiency, from cooling tower cooling effect, pipe resistance reduction, coordination of chiller plants and pumps and optimization of free cooling performance. System renovation can not only guarantee system safety and automation, but also enlarge energy-saving potential.
