基于“海上教学工厂”的航海类专业高职国培项目培训模式——以南通航运职业技术学院航海类专业高职国培项目为例

National Training Model Based on Marine Teaching Factory in Vocational Colleges——Taking the Engineering Technology Specialized National Training Program of Nantong Shipping Vocational and Technical College as an Example

在分析了航海类高职院校师资培训存在的主要问题的基础上,以南通航运职业技术学院基于“海上教学工厂”实施航海类专业高职国培项目为例,提出了航海类专业高职国培项目的开展需要进一步提高有效性和可操作性,进一步促进航海类高职专业教师的个人发展和专业化发展,着眼于航海类高职院校的职业教育教学改革,充分发挥培训项目组织院校的示范引领作用。

Based on the analysis of main problems existed in maritime vocational colleges teacher training, taking Nantong Shipping College＇s national training program based on ＂marine teaching factory＂ as an example, this paper puts forward that the national training program of navigation majors need further enhance effectiveness and maneuverability, so as to promote further teachers＇ personal development and specialized development. It is necessary to pay more attention to teaching reform in navigation colleges, and to play the role of training programs to open some of the thinking of leading role of demonstration colleges.
