摘要
[目的/意义]为中国新型智库建设提供战略定位与运营模式的分析框架和方法论,有助于中国新型智库的战略设计和运营管理。[方法/过程]本文借用工商管理学中的商业模式理论和方法,结合中国不同类型智库的特点,提出中国新型智库战略定位与运营模式的分析框架和方法论。[结果/结论 ]战略定位解决"做什么"的问题,目的在于"做正确的事",涉及服务对象、研究领域、研究地域、功能选择四个要素及其组合。运营模式解决"怎么做"的问题,目的在于"正确地做事",涉及资金来源、核心资源、关键活动、合作伙伴、成本结构5个要素及其组合。
[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to provide an analysis framework and methodology for the strategic positioning and operation model of China's new think tanks so as to help them with the strategic design, operation and management. [Method/process] In doing so, this paper has adopted the theory and methodology of the business model from business administration, and has also taken into consideration the characteristics of different Chinese think tanks. [Result/conclusion] Strategic positioning solves the problem of "what to do" with the purpose of "doing the right thing", which involves four factors, namely, the service object, the research field, the research region and the function selection, while the operation model aims to solve the problem of "how to do" with the purpose of "doing things in a right way", which involves five elements, namely, the source of funding, the core resources, key activities, partners, the cost structure and their combination.
