中国企业智库发展的困境分析及应对

Analysis on the Dilemma of the Development of Chinese Enterprise Think Tanks and Its Countermeasures

[目的/意义]企业智库,是指主要服务于市场经济建设和发展、带有公益性质的独立的非以营利为全部(主要)目的的社会组织。目前,企业智库的发展形势不容乐观,既有外在的因素,也有内在的因素。[方法/过程]通过实地调研,分析我国企业智库发展创新存在的瓶颈问题。[结论/结果 ]提出企业智库参与决策咨询的有效途径,指出企业智库的发展需要从资金基础、规划设计、研究能力3个方面完善和创新。

[Purpose/significance] The enterprise think tank serves the construction and development of the market economy. It is a independent and non-profit social organization with the public nature. At present, the development situation of the enterprise think tank is not optimistic, which is caused by external factors and internal factors. [Method/process] Through the field investigation, the author analyzed the bottleneck of the development and innovation of China＇s enterprise think tank. [Result/conclusion] The author puts forward an effective way for enterprise think tanks to participate in decision-making consultation and points out that the development of enterprise think tanks needs to improve and innovate in three aspects： capital foundation, planning design and research ability.
