摘要
[目的/意义]洞悉智库建设一线专家学者的观点,分享智库理论研究成果,以期为新型智库核心能力建设提供指导。[方法/过程]对《智库理论与实践》编辑部主办的"2016新型智库核心能力建设"高级研修班专家报告的内容进行解读和分析,对其中重要的共性与个性观点进行总结、提炼与推荐。[结果/结论 ]新型智库的精神内核体现为家国情怀与中国自信;新型智库的核心能力主要包括善谋、善学、善治、善传和善交等。
[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to thoroughly investigate the insights of experts of think tanks, share research achievements, and provide inspirations to improve the core capacity of think tanks. [Method/process] The paper deeply analyzed the experts＇ reports at ＂2016 Core Competence Construction of New Think Tanks＂ Senior Seminar, and extracted and summarized important thoughts and views. [Result/conclusion] The spiritual core of new think tanks is patriotism and confidence in China, and the core competence includes： the capacity of strategic planning, learning, management, communication and community building.
