摘要
为了解决纺纱钢丝圈磨损问题,分析钢丝圈热磨损和热粘着撕裂磨损的机理,探讨钢丝圈一钢领摩擦因数及等离子体渗硫技术在钢丝圈表面处理上的应用效果。指出:钢丝圈磨损的机理是先氧化磨损、粘着撕裂磨损,以及退火后硬度下降、圈形改变、开口变大甚至烧毁失效;钢丝圈一钢领摩擦因数宜控制为0.3左右;利用硫化亚铁(FeS)的无油润滑性能及摩擦因数小的特性,在钢丝圈表面渗FeS润滑层,可使钢丝圈具有优良的抗热粘着磨损性能、稳定且较小的摩擦因数、运行平稳,达到纺纱气圈稳定,有利于纱线质量的提高并延长钢丝圈使用寿命。
To solve the abrasion problem of the spinning traveler,analysis is done to the mecha- nism of thermal abrasion and thermal bonding tearing abrasion with the traveler. Probing is done into the friction factor on the couple of the ring-traveler and plasma sulphurizing process in the treatment of the traveler surface. It is pointed out that traveler abrasion starts with oxi- dation abrasion and bonding tearing abrasion followed with hardness decrease after annealing, traveler deformation,opening enlarged and even burnt failure. The coefficient of the couple of the ring-traveler should be 0.3. The ferrous sulfide(FeS)characteristic such as free oil lubrica- tion and small friction factor can be used in the surface treatment of the traveler with carburi- zing layer FeS,consequently making the traveler have excellent thermal adhesive abrasion per- formance,stable and low friction coefficient, smooth operation, to achieve stable spinning bal- loon,is conducive to the improvement of yarn quality and prolonging the service life of the traveler.
