摘要
为了解决多剑杆双纬引入法无法织造30~50层多层三维织物的难题,分析了现有三维织机织造三维织物的现状及针织边技术的缺陷,提出了一种新型多层三维织造方法,详细介绍自然锁边工艺的成形过程。指出:新型多层三维织造方法能实现自动化织造并解决多层织物的锁边问题;其自然锁边工艺简化了织机机构,可提高织机对织物品种的适应性、织物质量以及织物利用率。
In order to overcome the difficulties in weaving 30~50 multi-layer 3D fabric with double weft-ins of multi-rapiers,analysis is made to the status quo of the existing 3D fabric and the defect of the selvage technology. A new multi-layer 3D weaving process is introduced. De- tails introduction is made to the traditional selvage process. It is pointed out that the new multi- layer 3D weaving process can realize the auto-weaving production, solving the problems with selvage process, simplifying the loom with good adaptability of the species, good fabric quality and good utilization of fabric.
