The Cost and the Quality Comparison of the Machine-picked Cotton in Xinjiang and Abroad

为做好纺纱生产用棉系数控制、生产成本控制、棉纱质量控制，分析新疆机采棉比国外机采棉部分质量指标差的原因，不同等级的机采棉生产普梳棉纱和精梳棉纱用棉系数、纺纱成本，清梳联、梳棉、精梳工序的用棉系数和纺纱棉成本与棉纱质量；阐述两种机采棉生产棉纱用棉系数间的关系及棉纱的不同特性；指出未来新疆机采棉和国外不同等级的机采棉的质量改进指标。

In order to realize good control of the coefficient of cotton as spinning material, pro- duction cost,and the yarn quality,analysis is made to the quality index difference between the machine-picked cotton in Xinjiang and the cotton abroad. Introduction is made to the cotton co- efficient and the cost with the carding and combing production with different grades of the ma- chine-picked cotton,and in the process of blow-carding, carding and combing of the same. De- scribed hereunder is the relationship with the coefficient of cotton between the two kinds of machine-picked cotton and the different characteristics of cotton yarn. Introduction is made to the quality improvement indices of the machine-picked cotton with different grades of Xinjiang and abroad.
