摘要
目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶及脑活性肽100β蛋白在急性一氧化碳中毒早期诊断和病情评估中的应用价值。方法将2013年6月至2015年6月来我院接受治疗的87例ACOP患者作为研究对象。按照GCS评分(格拉斯哥昏迷评分)分为实验A组(轻度中毒)、实验B组(中度中毒)、实验C组(重度中毒),选取同时期来我院进行体检的健康志愿者29例作为对照组,对比观察4组白细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞、血小板、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮水平及NSE和S-100β蛋白水平。结果各组在白细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞、血小板、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮水平方面比较,差异无统计学意义P>0.05;实验A组、实验B组、实验C组NSE和S-100β蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验C组NSE和S-100β蛋白水平均高于实验A组、实验B组(P<0.05)。实验B组NSE和S-100β蛋白水平均高于实验A组(P<0.05)。结论 NSE及S-100β蛋白在ACOP早期诊断和病情评估中有积极的作用,其水平变化能够反映患者的中毒情况,NSE及S-100β蛋白水平越高,患者中毒越严重。
Objective To explore the application of early diagnosis and evaluation of condition for the patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning for NSE and S-100β. Methods 37 cases of patients with ACOP were divided into experiment group A, experiment group B, experiment group C, 29 cases of healthy check-up of healthy volunteers were researched as the control group, the levels of white blood ceils, neutrophils, red blood cells, platelets, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, creatinine and urea nitrogen, NSE and S- 100β were observed. Results There was no significant difference on the levels of white blood cells, neutrophils, red blood cells, platelets, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, creatinine and urea nitrogen(P〉 0.05) ; The levels of NSE and S-100β for the experiment group A, experimental group B, experimental group C were higher than the control group(P〈0.05). The levels of NSE and S-100β for the experimental group C were higher than the experiment group A, experimental group B (P〈0. 05). The levels of NSE and S-100β for the experimental group B were higher than the experiment group A (P〈0.05). Conclusions It has positive effect of early diagnosis and evaluation of condition for the patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning for NSE and S- 100β, the level change can reflect the poisoning of the patients, the higher the level of NSE and S-100β, the more serious the patient was poisoned.
