Research progress of PDCA cycle management in quality management of operation room

PDCA循环法是质量管理采用标准化的、科学的实施程序。PDCA由计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、检查(Check)、处理(Action)四个部分构成,它反映了质量管理必须遵循的4个阶段。本文现将PDCA循环护理在手术室的护理质量管理、护理人员工作质量、工作满意度等研究进展进行综述。

PDCA cycle method is a program which quality management adopts the standard, scientific implementation. PDCA includes four parts which are Plan, Do, Check and Action, It reflects the 4 stages of quality management that must be followed. This paper reviews the research progress of nursing quality management, quality of nursing staff and job satisfaction of PDCA circulation nursing in operation room.
