循征护理干预对乳腺癌患者负面情绪及生存质量影响的研究

Influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on negative emotion and life quality of patients with breast cancer

目的探析乳腺癌患者实施循征护理干预后,对患者负面情绪及生存质量的影响。方法选取于本院行乳腺癌根治术的62例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各31例。其中对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上行循征护理干预。护理干预4周后,对两组患者的负面情绪及生存质量进行比较。结果护理干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分较高,且无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理干预后两组患者SAS、SDS评分均有所降低,但研究组比对照组降低的更明显,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前两组患者QOL评分无显著差异(P>0.05),护理干预后两组患者各项指标均有所提高,但研究组提升程度显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌瘤患者实施循征护理干预,能显著改善患者负面情绪,并提升患者生存质量和改善预后,值得推广与运用。

Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on negative emotion and life quality of patients with breast cancer. Methods Selected 62 cases in our hospital underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients as the research object, randomly divided into control group and study group, 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, the study group in the control group received evidence-based nursing intervention. After 4 weeks of nursing intervention, compare two groups of patients with negative emotions and quality of life. Results Nursing intervention in the former two groups of patients with SAS, SDS scores were higher, and no significant difference （ P〉0. 05 ） , after the nursing intervention, two groups of patients with SAS and SDS scores were decreased, but study group decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05） . The nursing intervention of QOL scores of the two groups no significant difference （ P〉0.05） , the indexes of the two groups of patients were improved after nursing intervention, but the group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference had statistical significance （ P〉0.05） . Conclusions Carrying out evidence-based nursing intervention on breast cancer patients, can significantly improve the negative emotion of patients, and improve the life quality of patients and improve prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
