摘要
目的探讨全程护理告知对产科患者护理满意度和护理质量的影响情况。方法 150例产妇(对照组)实施常规护理,另150产妇(观察组)在此基础上实施全程护理告知模式,对比两组产妇及新生儿的患病情况、差错事故及护患纠纷情况,在产妇及家属中进行护理工作的满意度情况调查。结果观察组产妇在产妇患病、新生儿患病、护理工作差错事故及护患纠纷方面的发生情况要优于对照组,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理告知能够提高护理质量和产妇对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of the whole course nursing care advice on the nursing satisfaction and quality of obstetric patients. Methods 150 cases of maternal implemented routine nursing （ control group） , another 150 cases （ observation group） implemented the whole course nursing care advice mode on the basis of routine nursing, compared two groups of maternal and neonatal illness situation, the error accidents and disputes. In maternal and family members, we conducted a survey of the satisfaction of nursing work. Results The observation group was better than the control group in the incidence of maternal illness, neonatal illness, nursing errors and disputes. The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05） . Conclusions The whole course nursing care advice can improve the quality of care and maternal satisfaction of nursing work.
