摘要
以酸浸锰渣、粉煤灰、水泥等作为原料,采用压制成型的方法制备酸浸锰渣基双免砖。研究了水固比、成型压力、酸浸锰渣掺量、粉煤灰取代水泥量、养护方式等因素对制品抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:在本实验条件下,合适的水固比为0.15、成型压力为20 MPa;以抗压强度为考量指标,最佳配比为酸浸锰渣59.5%、水泥35.7%、粉煤灰4.8%,制品28 d抗压强度可达43.4 MPa。
In this study, acid leaching manganese slag,fly ash and cement are used to prepare acid leaching manganese slag- based non-autoclaved and unburned manganese slag brick by compression molding process. Factors affecting compressive strength are researched,such as water-solid ratio,molding pressure,acid leaching manganese slag content,fly ash substitution and curing conditions. The result shows:under the experimental conditions,suitable water-solid ratio 0115,molding pressure 20 MPa:considering compressive strength as index,the optimal proportion for acid leaching manganese slag 59.5%,cement 35.7%,fly ash 4.8%,the compressive strength of 28 d can reach 43.4 MPa.
