当前我国农民的政治参与困境与引导路径

农民是农村治理的重要主体之一,农民政治参与是农村基层民主政治建设的重要组成部分。当前,农民的政治参与愿望日趋增强,其参与行为越来越理性化,其权利意识也逐步增强,但与国家的政治民主化目标还有很大距离。在实践中,如何破除农民的非制度化参与瓶颈,引导农民有序参与国家政治生活,进而打破传统农民对国家的疏离与对抗的行为逻辑,构建起有序的农民政治参与机制,是国家治理的重要内容。为此,需要强化农民的权利主体意识,提高农民的教育水平,锻炼农民民主、有序的参政能力,增强农民的法治意识。
