对于地方性应用型本科院校来说,培养具有高素质的应用型人才,是实现转型发展以及内涵建设的核心任务,而实践教学则是培养高素质应用型人才的重要途径。针对汉语言文学专业师范生对学生职业技能的需求,我们在多年探索的基础上,逐步把分散的、碎片化的实践教学环节,向模块化、体系化凝练,形成一种全员参与、全过程贯穿、全方位覆盖的行之有效的实践教学模式。

For a local university, cultivating high -quality applied talents is the core task of realizing the transformation and development. However, practical teaching is an important way of cultivating high -quality applied talents. As for the professional needs and according to the many years＇ exploration, we gradually turn divided and fragmented practical teaching into modularized and systematic teaching and form an effective teaching mode participated by all.
