摘要
在秦皇岛市污水处理厂升级改造工程中,深度处理采用曝气生物滤池/机械混合反应/纤维转盘过滤工艺,并将出水作为再生水回用,设计规模为4×104m3/d。结合厂区现状条件和处理要求,详细介绍了中水回用工程的工艺流程和设备参数。出水经紫外消毒后水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
The biological aerated filter/mechanical mixing reaction/fiber rotary filter were used to upgrade and reconstruct the Qinhuangdao sewage treatment plant, and the effluent could be reused as reclaimed water. The design capacity was 4×10^4m^3/d. Combined with the current situation of plant conditions and treatment requirements, the technological process and the equipment parameters of the reclaimed water reuse project were described. The effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 - 2002) after the UV disinfection process.
