Design of Odor Collection System in Wastewater and Sludge Treatment

摘要 在污水处理、污泥处理等工程中,臭气污染越来越受到人们的关注。臭气收集系统设计是对厂区臭气进行有效收集的关键。结合现有工程设计案例,对臭气收集系统设计进行分析、比较,并总结其设计经验。具体包括系统形式、除臭风量的确定、臭气收集点设置、管路布置及敷设方式、管材、附属设备的设置等方面,为市政污水、污泥工程提供设计参考。 In the wastewater treatment and sludge treatment projects, odor has attracted more and more attention. The design of odor collection system is the key for effective collection of odor in the plant. Combined with the existing engineering design cases, the design of odor collection system was analyzed and compared, and the design experience was summarized. The purpose is to provide reference for design of municipal wastewater and sludge engineering in the terms of system mode, determination of deodorization air quantity, setting, arrangement and installation of odor collection points, settings of pipes and anciliary equipment.
