摘要
为了实现秦皇岛33-1油田稠油污水就地处理回注,采用旋流气浮-过滤工艺对该油田稠油污水进行处理。结果表明,污水经旋流浮选器和双滤料过滤器处理后,出水水质稳定,油含量平均为7.8 mg/L,悬浮物含量平均为3.1 mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值平均为1.4μm,达到该油田注水水质指标,其中油和悬浮物的平均去除率分别达到99.3%与95.2%。污水就地处理回注可减排污水500 m^3/d,节约地下水500 m^3/d,节省污水处理费用为9 600元/d。旋流气浮-过滤工艺具有流程短、处理效率高、运行稳定、操作简单及占地面积小等特点,在海上小型边际油田极具优势。
In order to implement in-situ treatment and reinjection of heavy oily wastewater in QHD33-1 oilfield, heavy oily wastewater was treated by cyclone flotation/filtration process. The results showed that after being treated by cyclone flotation device and double bed filter, the wastewater effluent quality was stable. The average oil content and suspended solid content were 7.8 mg/L, 3.1 mg/L respectively, the suspended particle median diameter was 1.4μm. The quality of treated wastewater could meet the injection water quality standard of QHD33-1 oilfield, the average removal rates of the oil and suspended solid were 99.3% and 95.2% respectively. The in-situ treatment and reinjection of heavy oily wastewater could reduce oily wastewater discharge of 500 m^3/d, save groundwater of 500 m^3/d and save oily wastewater treatment cost of 9 600 yuan/d. Cyclone flotation/filtration process has great advantage in offshore small marginal oilfields due to its characteristics of short process flow, high treatment efficiency, stable performance, simple operation and small footprint.
