老龄化背景下青年大学生老年歧视的实证研究——以保定市HD大学为例

Ageism among Undergraduate in Aging China——Taking Baoding City as an Example

随着人口老龄化速度的加快,了解青年大学生老年歧视越来越重要。老年歧视分为歧视态度与歧视行为两个维度。基于2015年对保定市HD大学834名本科生老年歧视的问卷调查研究发现:大学生对老年人的态度是复合型的,在不同维度内对老年人的态度并不相同,但总体上以积极态度为主,只在老年人身体机能维度表现出消极歧视态度;此外,青年大学生对不同性别老年人在不同维度的态度也存在较大差异。大学生普遍乐于承认对老年人的积极歧视行为,并且受传统文化的影响,对某些维度的消极歧视行为也表现出强烈的认同。

With the rapid development of aging,it becomes increasingly important to gain an insight and understanding into ageism among undergraduates in China from the two aspects of attitudes and behaviors.Based on the questionnaires of ageism among 834 undergraduate students in HD University in Baoding in2015,the results show that the attitude of undergraduate students toward ageism is complicated： they have different attitudes at different dimensions,but the positive attitude is predominant,with only negative attitude of discrimination in the aspect of physical functions of the elderly. What＇s more,they have different attitudes toward male and female older adults at different dimensions. They tend to admit the positive discrimination towards the elderly and influenced by the traditional culture,they also strongly identify with some negative discrimination at some dimensions,and male and high-grade undergraduate students admit more negative discrimination.
