社会正义情境下中国社会工作教育的本质:批判与创造 被引量:2

摘要 专业化情境下的社会工作教育,目的是为了培养熟练掌握"解决复杂、多样社会问题和满足社会需求"等相关知识的专业工作者,从而不断巩固与维护社会工作的专业性。与之相反,在社会正义情境下,社会工作教育的本质是批判与创造,其使命是培养会学习、会思考,能批判性利用所学的社会工作理论、方法与技巧,改造现实社会,践行社会正义之专业承诺的社会工作者。 In the context of professionalization,the purposes of social work education in China is to cultivate social workers who have knowledge of solving complicated and various social problems,and can meet social needs,so as to strengthen and consolidate the professionalism of social work. On the contrary,in the context of social justice,the essence of social work education in China is critique and creativity,which means the social workers it cultivated should use professional social work theories,methods and skills critically and creatively,in order to transform reality world into a more equal and justified one,which is also the professional commitment of social work since it appeared.
