Development and breakthrough of medicine v.s. philosophy and social sciences

文章就医学发展和突破与哲学社会科学的关系从三方面进行了论述。首先分析了医学与哲学社会科学的关系,即一个国家的发展水平取决于自然科学与哲学社会科学的发展水平。随后指出医学发展和突破遇到了前所未有的难题,并就难题的4个成因与破解所需的大智慧作了详细论述。最后就破解难题的思路谈了几点见解:1医院领导注重三个称谓的使命和责任担当;2医学服务不能脱离国情;3医学发展和服务应遵科学发展观,即突出以人为本,不忘医学初始目的、充分发挥医务人员的智能和潜能、处理好人与物的关系;4医学发展与服务应有中国特色;5医学人才晋升与优劣评价标准应优化;6应加强哲学社会科学理论修炼,因为人的存在和发展、人的未来的研究需要社会科学和自然科学的有机结合,缺一不可。

The paper expounds the relationship of the development and breakthrough of medicine with philosophy and social sciences in three aspects. Firstly, the reason why medicine is inseparable from philosophy and social sciences is analyzed, that is, the development level of a country lies on its development level of natural sciences, philosophy, and social sciences. Then, the paper points out that the development and breakthrough of medicine has been confronted with an unprecedented difficulty and elaborates four causes of the difficulty and the great wisdom necessary for solving it. Finally, several opinions are put forward on the train of thought for difficulty resolution：① hospital leaders should pay attention to the missions and responsibilities of three titles; ② medical service should not be divorced from the national conditions; ③ the development and service of medicine should comply with the Scientific Outlook on Development, highlight the people-oriented principle, remember the initial objective of medicine, allow full play to the intelligence and potential of medical personnel, and properly handle the relationship between human beings and materials; ④ the development and service of medicine should have the Chinese characteristics; ⑤ the standards for the promotion and advantage/ disadvantage evaluation of medical talents should be optimized; ⑥ the theoretical practice of philosophy and social sciences should be enhanced, because the existence and development of human beings, as well as the studies on human future, need the organic combination of social and natural sciences, neither of which are dispensable.
