SWOT analysis on private community health service organizations in China against the background of a new round of medical and health system reform

运用SWOT分析法对2009年新一轮医药卫生体制改革背景下我国民营社区卫生服务机构在地理环境、服务价格、人员配置、政策导向、公众需求、竞争强度等方面的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行定性分析与评价,并据此提出相应的战略建议,以期为民营社区卫生服务机构科学、可持续发展提供借鉴。

The SWOT analysis method is employed to qualitatively analyze and evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats of private community health service organizations in China in the aspects of geographical environment, service price, personnel allocation, policy orientation, public demand, and competition intensity against the background of a new round of medical and health system reform in 2009, and based on this, corresponding strategic suggestions are put forward with a view to provide reference for the scientific and sustainable development of private community health service organizations.
