我院门诊预约诊疗管理方法的优化与应用效果的探讨

为提升患者使用预约诊疗服务的依从性,促进患者有序就诊,缓解挂号难、就诊繁等问题,我院对门诊预约诊疗管理方法进行了优化。通过拓展预约方式,丰富预约内容,提供人性化预约周期,实现号源共享共用,实行分时段预约就诊,推广"实名制"预约,加强对现场挂号人员宣教以及加强对医患双方履约约束等措施,提高了患者使用预约诊疗的依从性,预约量显著增加,预约方式从单纯预约挂号向全面预约发展,患者爽约率明显降低。认为优化预约诊疗管理方法能够有效改善医院诊疗秩序,提高医疗资源使用效益,有利于医患双赢。

By expanding appointment modes, enriching appointment contents, providing humanized appointment periods, realizing registration source sharing, implementing appointments and visits at different times, popularizing ＂real-name＂ appointment, and strengthening the propaganda and education of on-site registration personnel and the contract performance constraints on both doctors and patients, the Hospital improves the compliance of patients with the service of diagnosis and treatment appointment, the amount of appointments is significantly increased, the appointment mode is developing from simple registration appointment to comprehensive appointment, and the appointment-breaking rate of patients is obviously reduced. It is thought that the optimized management methods for diagnosis and treatment appointment can effectively improve the diagnosis and treatment order of hospital, raise the use efficiency of medical resources, and create a favorable win-win situation for both doctors and patients.
