福建省老年医疗保健服务发展现状与对策

Development status and measures on medical care service for elders in Fujian

目的调查福建省老龄化及老年医疗保健服务发展现状,研究促进老年医疗保健服务发展的相应对策。方法采用文献研究法、问卷调查法以及专家访谈法调查福建省老龄化现状及老年医疗保健服务发展现状。结果福建省60岁以上老年人口需要更多的老年医疗保健服务资源,现有资源相对于目前及将来不断扩增的老年人口数量来说相差甚远。结论政府应加大对老年医疗保健服务的投入力度,适当引入民营资本,发展老年医疗保健服务并加强监管,重视老年医学与康复医学教育,提高从事老年医学工作人员的待遇,发挥基层医疗机构的作用,切实保障老年医疗保健服务健康、稳步发展。

Objective This paper aims to investigate Fujian ageing phenomena and development status of medical care service for elders and research the methods to promote development of medical health service. Method The current situation of aging and development status of elders＇ medical care service will be investigated by literature research method, questionnaire method and expert interview method. Result The elders over 60 years old in Fujian need more medical care service resources. Compare with the continuously increasing amounts of elders at present and in future, the current resources are far from enough. Conclusion The government should strengthen efforts to distribution of medical care service, appropriately introduce private capital, develop medical care service and strengthen supervision, lay emphasis on education of gerontology and rehabilitation medicine, improve the treatment for the personnel who works on gerontology, play the functions of grass-root medical institutions and ensure healthy and steady development of medical care service for elders.
