胸部支气管囊肿一例 被引量：2

摘要 病例资料患者,男,59岁,因反复口干、多饮、多尿、消瘦8年余,复发伴头昏10天余入院,无其他临床症状及体征。既往有高血压、糖尿病病史,体格检查无异常发现。实验室检查肿瘤标志物血清铁蛋白583.10ng/m。影像学检查：CT示左下胸膈肌水平脊柱旁一片团状软组织密度影,形态不规则,与邻近膈肌分界不清,增强扫描呈不均匀强化（图1～3）,邻近支气管未见明显狭窄或扩张,亦未见明显毛刺及胸膜牵拉（图4、5）,
