四川电网AGC机组协调优化控制策略研究与应用 被引量:9

摘要 四川电网电源结构以水电为主,同时还包含燃气机组、燃煤机组等多种类型的发电资源,由于不同发电机组间调节性能差异大,自动发电控制(AGC)机组的协调配合已成为一个亟待解决的难题。针对AGC机组调节性能的差异,通过动态分组方案跟踪不同负荷分量,实现AGC机组在不同时间尺度上的协同配合。同时,为改善AGC机组计划执行情况,提出分时段的自适应均衡控制策略,根据负荷曲线不同时段的变化特点自动切换机组调配策略。运行结果表明,该策略较好地适应四川电网电源结构特点与运行需求,提高了四川电网AGC区域调节品质,并实现了机组间的均衡协调。 Sichuan power grid mainly embraces hydroelectric power, and also contains a variety of other energy resource, such as gas turbine generating units and coal fired generating units, in which the performance of generation units varies widely, and therefore the coordinate control between automatic generation control (AGC) units becomes very urgent and important. According to the characteristics of AGC units, a dynamic grouping scheme is proposed, that is each regulation group follows different load parts separately, the units' cooperation in time dimension is realized. Meanwhile, to improve units' schedule performance, an adaptive balance control strategy is proposed either, which is to switch units' dispatch strategy automatically according to the characteristics of load curve. The on-spot operation shows that the proposed strategies adapt Siehuan Grid's power resource structure characteristics and its performance requirements well, the dispatching control quality is improved efficiently and the balance coordinated regulation between multiple units is realized.
