摘要
目的探究心内科低年资护士病情观察能力的培养与评估。方法选取12名护士作为评估对象,对比评估对象的病情观察能力评分,分析探讨岗位培训中提升低年资护士病情观察能力的效果。结果实施岗位培训前后,低年资护士的病情观察能力评分存在明显差异,实施后评分更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低年资护士的日常工作中病情观察能力至关重要,因此需要通过多种方式的培训干预来提升其病情观察能力。
Objective Cultivation and evaluation on junior nurses in Department of Cardiology observation ability.Methods To select 12 nurses as evaluation object, contrast observation ability score 12 evaluation object, analyze on the job training in the promotion effect of low qualification nurses observation ability. Results Before and after the implementation of job training, the condition of low qualiifcation nurses observation ability scores were signiifcantly different, after implementing score higher, there is statistical signiifcance difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion Low qualiifcation nurses' observation ability are very important in daily work, so we need training intervention through a variety of ways to improve their ability of observation.
