探讨护理实训中心开放式管理的必要性。制定开放式实训室管理制度与操作物品绑定制度;建立学生小组长负责制;根据学生需要采用不同的开放时间。采用三种开放形式,即教学同步型,自选训练型,科研活动型。护理实训室开放式管理激发了护生职业学习兴趣;遵循素质教育宗旨;实现了护理实训资源最大化。

To explore the necessity of open minded management of the nursing training center. To set up open training room management systems and operation items binding systems; To establish student leader responsible systems; To adopt different opening times according to students’ needs. To use three types of opening forms： teaching synchronized, training self-selected and researching activities involved. The open minded management of nursing training room has stimulated students’ study interest, which has practiced the mission of quality education, which maximize the nursing training resources.
