摘要
目的探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin的表达与前列腺癌的相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法检测60例前列腺癌组织和36例前列腺增生组织中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果 Survivin蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为70%,Survivin蛋白在前列腺增生组织中的阳性表达率为8.3%,两者对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Survivin蛋白表达与前列腺癌病理分级和骨转移有相关。结论 Survivin蛋白的表达可能与前列腺癌的发生密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Survivin in human prostate cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Survivin in 60 cases of prostate cancer and 36 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Results The positive expression rate of Survivin protein in prostate cancer tissue was 70%, the positive expression rate of Survivin protein was 8.3%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The expression of Survivin protein was related to the pathologic grade and bone metastasis of prostate cancer. ConclusionThe expression of Survivin protein may be closely related to the occurrence of prostate cancer.
