摘要
目的 对比分析CT与核磁共振(MRI)诊断股骨头坏死的临床价值。方法 以2010年1月~2016年6月我院收治的32例股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,全部患者均以CT和MRI进行双侧股骨头扫描,对比分析两者影像学结果。结果 32例患者共累计53个髋关节,CT阳性检出率75.47%(40/53),MRI阳性检出率96.22%(51/53),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。CT确诊ANFH 40处,ARCO分期I期5处;II期16处;III期13处;IV期6处。MRI确诊ANFH 51处,ARCO分期I期9处;II期23处;III期13处;IV期6处。结论 以CT和核磁共振诊断股骨头坏死各具优势,但MRI早期诊断敏感性更高,可作为股骨头坏死首选检查方法。
Objective To compare the clinical value of CT and nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI) in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis. MethodsA total of 32 cases of femoral head necrosis were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2016. All patients were underwent bilateral femoral head scanning with CT and MRI.Results A total of 32 cases of total hip joint, CT positive rate of 75.47% (40/53), positive detection rate of 96.22% (51/53), the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05). CT diagnosis of ANFH 40 cases, ARCO stage I 5 cases; II 16 cases; III 13 cases; IV 6 cases. MRI conifrmed ANFH 51 cases, ARCO stage I stage 9 cases; II phase 23 cases; III 13 cases; IV 6 cases.Conclusion CT and MRI diagnosis of femoral head necrosis has its own advantages, but the MRI early diagnosis sensitivity is higher, can be used as the ifrst choice for the treatment of femoral head necrosis in clinical application.
