摘要 目的分析脑钠肽在鉴别心源性呼吸困难中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的50例心源性呼吸困难患者作为观察组,并将同期收治的50例肺源性呼吸困难患者设为对照组,两组均给予酶联免疫分析法测定BNP水平,对比两组患者的BNP及LVEF。结果观察组患者的BNP水平高于对照组,观察组患者的LVEF低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同NYHA心功能分级患者之间的BNP水平、LVEF对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑钠肽测定方便鉴别诊断心源性呼吸困难,并为心功能分级及临床治疗提供部分参考依据。 Objective To analyze the brain natriuretic peptide in the identification of cardiac dyspnea application effect.Methods 50 cases of patients with cardiac dyspnea were selected as observation group, in the same period 50 cases of patients with dyspnea of pulmonary origin were selected as control group, two groups were given enzyme-linked immunoassay determination of BNP levels, the BNP and LVEF compared two groups of patients. Results The observation group of patients with BNP concentrations higher than the control group, LVEF lower than the control group, there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05). Observation group BNP levels between patients with NYHA heart function classification, LVEF contrast have obvious difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Brain natriuretic peptide measurement convenient and differential diagnosis of cardiac dyspnea, and to provide some references for cardiac function classiifcation and clinical treatment.
