胸乳路径的腔镜甲状腺手术与开放性手术的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Breast Path of Endoscopic Thyroid Surgery and Open Surgery

目的比较分析胸乳路径的腔镜甲状腺手术与开放性手术的临床效果。方法选取我院行胸乳路径腔镜甲状腺手术治疗的76例甲状腺良性患者作为腔镜组,同时选取早期采用传统颈部切口手术治疗的56例患者作为传统组,并比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后首天引流量、住院时间、止痛药物使用情况等。结果腔镜组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后首天引流量、住院时间等均明显优于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺良性肿瘤患者采取经胸乳路径腔镜甲状腺手术治疗有助于缩短手术和住院时间、减少术后引流量以及术后疼痛。

Objective Comparison of and analysis of clinical effect of breast path of endoscopic thyroid surgery and open surgery.Methods To select our hospital thoracic and mammary path endoscopic thyroid surgery 76 cases of benign thyroid patients as laparoscopy group, and to select early adopters traditional neck incision surgical treatment of 56 patients as a traditional group, and two groups were compared blood loss, operation time, the ifrst day of postoperative drainage, hospital stay, pain medication usage and the like.Results Blood loss in patients with laparoscopic group, operative time, the first day of drainage, length of stay, which were better than traditional group; Laparoscopic surgery patients use painkillers patients was signiifcantly lower than the traditional group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with benign thyroid thoracic and mammary path taken by endoscopic thyroid surgery helps reduce surgery and hospital stay, postoperative drainage and reduce post-operative pain.
