替硝唑局部用药治疗牙周炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical Research on Local Application of Tinidazole in the Treatment of Periodontitis

目的对替硝唑局部用药在牙周炎患者中治疗效果进行调查、分析。方法选取68例牙周炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用局部用药和口服的方式进行治疗,对患者治疗效果以及治疗安全性进行调查。结果观察组患者病情痊愈的19例,对照组10例;观察组患者治疗无效的1例,对照组治疗无效的13例,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论替硝唑局部用药能够更好的改善患者病情,同时能够保证患者治疗安全。

Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic effect of local application of tinidazole in periodontitis patients.Methods Decimation in 68 cases of periodontitis patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively, using topical and oral treatment, to investigate the treatment effect and safety of the treatment. ResultsThe observation group of patients with 19 cases of healing, 10 cases of the control group, the observation group of 1 cases of ineffective treatment, 13 cases of the control group, there were signiifcant differences, P〈0.05.Conclusion Local application of tinidazole can better improve the patient＇s condition, at the same time to ensure the safety of patients.
