齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Ziprasidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的分析齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的50例精神分裂症患者作为观察组,同时将同期收治的50例精神分裂症患者设为对照组,予以对照组利培酮治疗,予以观察组齐拉西酮治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98%,对照组治疗总有效率为76%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率16%,对照组不良反应发生率42%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症,疗效确切,安全性高。

Objective Analysis of the clinical curative effect of ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods50 cases of schizophrenia patients in our hospital as observation group, at the same time will be in the same period of 50 cases of patients with schizophrenia were set as control group, control group risperidone therapy, observation group ziprasidone treatment, compare the clinical efifcacy of two groups of patients.Results The total effectiveness of observation group was 98%, total effectiveness of control group was 76%, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions of observation group was 16%, that of control group was 42%, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionZiprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia, curative effect and security.
