氟喹诺酮类药物的临床应用分析

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Fluoroquinolone Drugs

目的探讨氟喹诺酮类药物的临床应用情况,指导其临床合理用药。方法选取350例予以回顾性分析,统计其常用药品、不合理用药情况以及不良反应。结果 350例患者所用氟喹诺酮类药物主要包括左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星、加替沙星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和氟罗沙星;不合理用药发生率是6.9%,不良反应发生率10.3%。结论氟喹诺酮类药物的抗菌谱广泛,但在临床应用时需充分考虑其疗效、不良反应等,提升其用药合理性。

Objective To study the clinical application of lfuoroquinolone drugs, guiding the clinical rational drug use. Methods Chose 350 cases were retrospectively analyzed, statistics of the commonly used drugs, irrational drug use situation and adverse reactions.Results 350 cases of patients with fluoroquinolone drugs used mainly including levofloxacin, moxilfoxacin, gatilfoxacin, norlfoxacin, olfoxacin and lferoxacin; Incidence of irrational drug use is 6.9%, and 10.3% incidence of adverse reactions. ConclusionThe antibacterial spectrum of lfuoroquinolone drugs widely, but in clinical application needs fully consider its efifcacy, adverse reactions, to raise its rationality.
