摘要
目的 研究前列地尔注射液治疗高血压肾病应用效果。方法 病例来源:我院2014年3月~2015年10月接受诊疗的83例高血压肾病患者。患者分组方法 :不透光法。83例患者分为常规降压组和试验组两个组别。常规降压组仅行降压治疗;试验组在常规降压组基础上加前列地尔注射液治疗。观察指标:(1)总有效率;(2)治疗前和治疗后患者24 h蛋白尿、血肌酐、胱抑素C、内生肌酐清除率的差异。结果 (1)试验组总有效率高于常规降压组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;(2)治疗前两组24 h蛋白尿、血肌酐、胱抑素C、内生肌酐清除率相比,差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05;治疗后试验组相比于常规降压组24 h蛋白尿、血肌酐、胱抑素C、内生肌酐清除率改善更显著,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 前列地尔注射液治疗高血压肾病应用效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状和肾功能。
Objective Study on the effect of application of alprostadil injection in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.Methods The cases of sources: from March 2014 to October 2015, 83 cases of patients with hypertension and kidney disease were selected. The grouping method: patients with opaque method. 83 patients were divided into two groups conventional step-down group and test group. Conventional group only antihypertensive treatment; Experimental group on the basis of conventional antihypertensive group with little top injection treatment. Observation indexes: (1) the total effective rate; (2) before and after treatment in patients with urinary inhibition 24 h proteinuria, serum creatinine, C, the differences between the endogenous creatinine clearance.Results (1) the experimental group compared with the conventional step-down group total effective rate is higher, the difference was statistically signiifcant,P〈0.05; (2) two groups before treatment urinary inhibition 24 h proteinuria, serum creatinine C, similar to endogenous creatinine clearance, there was no signiifcant difference,P〉0.05; Treatment group after treatment compared with the conventional group of 24 h proteinuria, serum creatinine and urinary inhibition C, endogenous creatinine clearance improvement is more signiifcant, there are signiifcant differences,P〈0.05.Conclusion Lead to injection treatment of high blood pressure, kidney disease application effect, which can effectively improve the patients' clinical symptoms and renal function.
