卡前列素氨丁三醇预防和治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine on the Prevention and Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section

目的 分析卡前列素氨丁三醇预防和治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法 选择2015年3月~2016年3月我院收治的孕产妇120例作为该研究对象,遵循随机原则,分为对照组和观察组,对照组施以常规产后出血治疗,观察组在此基础上加入卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,对比两组产妇出血情况。结果 两组产妇出血情况数据对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 将卡前列素氨丁三醇应用在剖宫产产后出血预防和治疗过程中,能有效减少产妇产后出血量,降低产妇产后出血率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine on the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.MethodsFrom March 2015 to March 2016, 120 cases of pregnant and parturient women of our hospital as the research object, according to the principle of randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group with routine postpartum hemorrhage treatment, observation group based on tromethamine treatment, who was treated with carboprost tromethamine, compared two groups of maternal bleeding.Results The data of two groups of maternal bleeding signiifcant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of carboprost tromethamine in the process of the prevention and treatment of postpartum bleeding in cesarean delivery, can effectively reduce the maternal postpartum hemorrhage amount, decrease the rate of maternal postpartum hemorrhage.
